First- the office staff is incredible. I have never had an issue with them. When Dr. Mack and the lady after him were there, they really seemed to care and do what was best for me. Since Dr. Mack left, I'm feeling like they are trying to push me out of the clinic and onto someone else because "I'm 35 and shouldn't be in this much pain". Fact is- I AM in pain and I'm trying to see a pain management specialist. Been going there since 2012. Great nurses and I’ve never had issue with Dr . Love Dr B Mack .
Disrespectful receptionists who blame everyone for their mistakes but themselves.
