Moved to the area about a year ago and made my first visit to Brandon Tomes this week for a warranty repair on my Ascent. Given the nature of my visit, I wasn't expecting much. I was blown away by how I felt like I was part of the family coming all my life. They gave me a loaner, even though I was expecting to wait and work from the waiting room.
