So happy with every detail involved with my surgery, and the outcome. Everyone involved were kind, caring, and efficient, including my 1st post op visit. My first meeting WAY back in February with Dr. Sudekum was great. We clicked immediately and I felt reassured and confident in his skills. His friendly, caring manner was awesome. While the surgery center was fine with competent and caring staff, I cannot say the same for Dr. Suedekum's practice as a whole. Saw the man once for an initial visit and apparently will never see him again. His office staff repeatedly messed up time of surgery, van ride schedules and NEVER answers the phone or returns calls. The followup appointment is staffed by one doc who has to see so many patients my appointment was delayed by 1.5 hours.
