Brandon and Team Spicer are absolutely the best. They always have your back. I have bought 2 properties with Brandon, and he kept me informed every step of the way and coached me through the process. He has become a friend and mentor as well and has also helped located a building for my new business. They help doesn't stop after the transaction either. Team Spicer is always available. I will continue to use Brandon and his team for future endeavors.

Brandon did an exceptional job as our agent! He is not only knowledgeable about the market, but also everything you would want/need to know in regards to inspections, safety for our child & dogs, and more. As first time buyers, he answered all of our questions and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Even after we closed, we've kept in touch to share our experiences and our appreciation for his hard work for our family.

Would absolutely recommend working with Brandon to anyone! He was the one realtor that listened to our needs, concerns and truly wanted to make the most of our situation. We tried a few times with others in the business and we always ended up feeling lost, frustrated or discouraged. Buying a house is a big decision, a lot of money and moving parts involved.
