Brandon services offered to come look at my not working AC the same day I called, on 08/03/2023. We all know how the weather has been so I was shocked! I made an appointment for the following day, and Julio arrived 3 minutes after the shared time. He was professional, friendly, and within one hour had my unit working again! I have used Brandon Service Corp for years. They are the most honest and reliable AC company I have ever used. Neva and her husband know so much about AC units. I always refer them friends and clients too because I know they will treat them well and not scam them! I highly recommend them.
Wanted/NEEDED to replace our older noisey and inefficient A/C! Called, spoke to the owner, Neva, I believe. She was very pleasant and helpful. Within a week we had three nice, professional men arrive on time and install a beautiful Rheem A/C and thermostat. They worked hard in this heat, cleaned everthing up and took away the old A/C and garbage. No A/C is cheap, but we must have A/C in Florida and the price was reasonable. I recommend Brandon A/C!!!
Got our AC unit replaced, the gentleman that installed the AC was friendly and willing to take the time to explain the process to us. The guy who I spoke on the phone with and the lady that does the notary are unpleasant. They both are rude and have attitudes.
