I would recommend Dr. Riggan to anybody he is a wonderful doctor who understands and cares for his patients. I'd say 1-10 he would be a 10. I would most definitely go back to him if I ever have more children.
Always asking if things are going okay, he always makes sure i'm comfortable, he explains things to me so i fully understand what hes taking about.
