even as a person having surgery the people can't wait for them in the waiting room or any where else in the hosp. I understand social distancing and mask. Being I'm 2 hrs away from hosp I now have to wait in car for 5 hrs .Not very happy.

The doctor and nurse treated PJ McClelland (who died a few days ago from Covid 19) like absolute trash when she went to their hospital for treatment. Attached is a screenshot from the updates she made on her public Facebook page as she battled this horrible disease alone - feel free to go to her FB page and read for yourself. I wouldn’t go to BRH for treatment if it were the last hospital on earth. Rest In Peace sweet PJ. I hope that INCOMPETENT doctor and nurse are visited by karma, sooner rather than later.
Terrible experience with billing. Brandon regional made an error in their coding causing a huge headache.
The staff was very courteous and caring. Every doctor and nurse including the janitors was so friendly. I have NO COMPLAINTS at all. As a heart patient being stressed and frustrated was the last thing I needed and believe me I never was. The surgeon who did my stents and staff was superb! Thank you so much for your concerns and a big thank you to the cafeteria staff and the assistants who took my vitals oh and a big thanks to all the phlebotomists who did not have to stick me but once without wiggling the sharp needles looki... read more
I was there last week and admitted over night. The staff really cares and I knew I was in good hands during a scary time. I only waited about 2 mins before being taken to the back. The drs and especially the nurses made me feel safe and in good hands. . i cant thank them enough!! bless you all💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 my only suggestion is to get a nurse to do the check in outside because they wanted to make me wait in line while potentially about to have a heart attack. security shouldn't be in charge of letting people in.... read more
To over crowded , the staff is rude and treats you like trash. I went in for a kidney stone and they accused me of lieing. There lucky I don't sue!
