The entire office staff, could care less about your problems. They do not answer the phone 90% of the time. They don't respond via the portal, email or from numerous voice-mails. They simply don't care about their patients, or the families who are trying to care for them. Just save your time and energy by going anywhere else! In my opinion that, this office should be closed down!
I give them 0 stars. True, the place is a dump, and they NEVER answer the phone. In addition, the support staff hide in this blacked out room with a sliding window and are RUDE!!!! I have been diagnosed with ADHD and have been given multiple antidepressants that obviously do NOT work. I requested that they give me an Rx for adderall. Unprofessional, heartless doctor..worst place ever. I just can't believe that the doctor that I saw today treat a patient like that I suffer from depression after a loss of a baby at 7 months.
I do not recommend this joke of a practice that treat their patients so egregiously. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life! I wouldn't let them be in charge of the health and care of a stray dog. Proof of their terrible unprofessionalism is in each of their arrogant responses to reviews. How dare you play with people's medications and them speak so condescending as if you're better than anyone when your jobs are simply to help people. The office staff is deplorable in the upmost.
Dr. Tai E. is not only a great doctor & psychiatrist but a wonderful human being. She is patient and kind and will listen and give you answers. She is not a pill pusher like most doctors, but will prescribe what she thinks is necessary for your condition. She takes it slow, and does not rush you or medicine to do the job. wORST PLACE EVER HAD A SCHEDULED VISIT 6/15 AT 4PM STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE. HAD TO GET MY REFILL FROM MY REG DR. NO CALL BACK OR NOTHING. BET THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE VISIT! DON'T GO HERE!
This place is a pill mill. No interest in patient well being just pay in advance and here's your drugs. Avoid at all cost.
