I had a friend who lived here... And the apartment was aweful. My friend is a very clean person, but there is only so much you can do with a nasty looking apartment. When she moved out, they charged her for things that were already there in the apartment, damaged. Then, the other review said that it is in a great location...and near shopping? Yeah, sure. Brandon Oaks is on Parsons, if you are from this area or been around it for a hot lil' minute, you will find that it really isn't close to anything, just to FYI everyone....... read more
apartments they have a friendly staff at brandon oaks. they showed us around the whole complex and a couple different floorplans. they were very clean. quiet place to live and nice neighborhood. close to shopping centers
