Only experience I can say is Absolutely Horrible they didn't want to save my very sick baby girl who was born at 28 week's and 2 day's and the 1st hospital didn't either at Henry Ford Macomb they just wanted me to let me hold my precious tiny little girl who was 2.2 pounds and they spent over 8 hours trying to get a tube in her she didn't need at the time it was to prep her for a surgery that ultimately killed my daughter by u of m and Same with HFord they asked me 3 times if I was sure I didn't just Wna hold my little girl ... read more
I would 1000% recommend this hospital to anyone for their children.
The staff here was trauma informed during my baby’s stay, as his stay was a shock. The neonatologists, NPs, and Nurses were just so supportive in ways that I will never forget. They also noticed things happening with my baby that may have saved his life after they saved his life in the beginning. So grateful.
Some of the nurses were good, others not so much.. one was very weird, treated me like I wasn't there then told my husband to call her aunt. Then another nurse flirted with my husband right in front of me.. Some nurses are just very unprofessional and not as educated as they should be.. Wish I could've remembered their names and reported them.
