Dr. Naylor has been wonderful. I didn’t feel comfortable with my original surgeon. I called Dr. Naylors office and he got me an appt same day. Before I left he had reassured me and had me scheduled for hip replacement. I was given all supporting info before I left the office and was signed up on the app. This helped and guided me until surgery day. During my preop my EKG was not normal. Great experience with Dr. Naylor. I had a knee replacement surgery with another surgeon and it never healed properly; thanks to Dr. Naylor I’m very sure I’ll get back to working again.
I have to saddly say, I am totally disappointed in the care my husband care recieved after hip surgery. Surgery according to him went well..but he came out with BP 208/111.. wanted to send him home, but i refused to allow it..2 days later and 2 weeks in rehab..There was absolutely no follow up or calls regarding his situation. I tried to prepare Dr. Naylor explaining my husband's 16 yr journey has left him disabled and dragging his leg which was noticeable by many.
