idk if it’s just my NP’s staff but I have never dealt with more horrible health care professionals. Nurse practitioner Nicolle Brittany is the best
the front desk lady is very rude. i went in on behalf of my mother and was not helped or offered help like i was asking. all i asked for was for someone to call my mom and reassure her they were working on what she needed because she had called when the office opened, and i was told she should just go to the er by someone who isn’t even a doctor. just a receptionist. that office needs new staff members. she was rude to the person on the phone as well when i walked in. all i asked was for someone to call my mom to reassure he... read more
