He came prepared every single house tour with all the information needed and did research on the neighborhood prior. Any question I had about the property he knew or figured out. Made the process of buying a first home extremely easy. All I had was tell him I liked a house and he setup the viewing and sent me the sellers disclosure form every time. 10/10 experience and will be going back to him for my next home.
