He must have patients waiting in line because I canceled an appointment with only 15 hours notice and I was dropped. Lol. If the doctor leaves you waiting in the lobby it's fine.....but don't leave the doctor waiting. I'm just one patient with no importance but I wanted other patients know not to cancel your appt or you might be canceled.
