Dr Roscoe saw me for exactly six minutes, most of that time with his back toward me. He did not examine me and he asked me no questions about my presenting problem, neck pain, except did I want a shot, which I declined. On his way to the door he said he would order an X-ray and said I should come back in a month. I was not only disappointed, but offended.
The most personable Doctor I have ever had. Friendly, down to Earth, treated me like a person and not a number. Addressed all of my concerns and explained them so that I understood everything. My two sons will now be going to him as well.
I have never felt so comfortable at a Doctor's office in my life. I have 'White Coat Syndrome!' This man took the time to actually speak with me, addressed any concerns that I had, and I was treated like a human being, not just a number. I will be taking my family to him from now on as well. They just opened up a Scottdale office, and I couldn't be more pleased!
Unhelpful and invalidating. I've been sick for a few years. I list my problems and that idk what to do anymore. "Well what do you want me to do?" Even laughed at me when I said I don't know where to go for help anymore or how to feel better. So shocked some doctors are even allowed to continue their work.
I had a great experience with Dr Brandon and especially his pa Ashley Kentoski ty for the time and patience
I wouldn't let Dr. Roscoe treat my pet rock, to quote him "luckily we don't treat pet rocks", I had to be in a nursing home for rehab after a major surgery, he never once saw me while I was there let alone discuss any of my meds with me but yet when I got discharged he called my meds into my pharmacy and had changed the dosage of 3 of them and the 3 that he changed are prescribed to me by specialists not my PCP, I don't feel that he had any right to do that at all, since he did that I had to call my specialists and have new ... read more
I can’t speak for Dr. Roscoe himself because in the years I’ve been under his care I haven’t seen him. I don’t think we’ve ever even been in the same office at the same time. I can speak for the fact that his office staff is often rude and the PA I’ve been seeing in his place is often condescending and unhelpful. One star is too generous of a rating. They don’t keep track of paperwork and will gaslight you into thinking you’re incompetent before ever admitting even the possibility that they might have made a mistake. Save yo... read more
Dr. Roscoe is helping me with health challenges that no other doctor was able to diagnose. I am forever Grateful for Dr. Roscoe and the kind staff!
He over-medicated my elderly mother with an opioid drug to the point where she exhibited symptoms of a stroke, then had a seizure and had to be rushed to the ER!
