I’ve had a terrible experience with this doctor and this office. I took the day off from work and planned a procedure (3 weeks in advance, with a consultation) and when I went in for the procedure, he told me he couldn’t do it. Not once during the consultation did he ever mention the possibility of it being unsuccessful. From being overcharged and billed wrong for appointments to them changing my prescription without consulting me and blaming it on “their system”.
