I just met Dr. Levy and really liked his approach and friendliness! However, this is the 2nd time I have seen Amber and I have to say she is abrupt and will not stop to listen to you. In other words her bedside manner is very poor. I am hearing impaired and read lips, she will not take off her mask, said everyone is sick, however she was the only person in the place wearing one.
Dr. Levy! Was very nice and helpful.
He took xrays of my shoulder and suggested a injection, which seems to relieve pain.
