Used Brandon and Vanessa to help with a family members home sale while i was located 8 hrs away. They took care of everything and I didn't have to lift a finger to find people to clean it out or do the renovations for it to sell. They made it so easy for me and coached me along the way to make the most informed decisions. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a stress free way to sell a house.

Brandon is amazing. He listened to everything we asked for and made sure to show a variety of houses within our budget. He also helped us sell our current home, even helped us make improvements for a better listing price!!! After all was said and done, our house sold for 40k MORE than we were expecting!!!!
