I have never been to a dentist who clearly communicated with the patient and takes the time to get to know them. I appreciate the work and environment they have worked to achieve. I felt comfortable and heard.
From the staff to the thorough explanation of treatment, I was pleased to say it was a comforting experience, given I personally am not fond of dentist appointments.
I am VERY apprehensive about going to the dentist, Dr. Florence and all of his staff were so amazing and nice I definitely do not fear my next appointment. Shout out to Julie, Clarissa and of course Dr. Florence!
