Dr Bodlak has been my primary care physician for several years now. Great diagnostician, good listener, and provides great care for his patients. I would rate him 10 stars if that higher rating would exist (and, on top of that, he is a great Gator fan, too!!)
Dr. Bodlak is intelligent, personable, and has a sense of humor. He listens to my concerns and gives me honest assessments. I am grateful to have him as my primary care doctor.
He gave me all his attention on our first visit and immediately ordered a test that was needed. He told me either we will cut out the small amounts of medicine I was taking or we’ll increase the dosage, which we did. It was a great comfort to receive effective care from Dr. Bodlak!
Dr. Bodlak is very personable and talks to patients in a very down-to-earth relatable way. It's not for lack of knowledge, as he is equally at ease getting as technical as you want; however, his default is to discuss things in a very understandable, common sense, realistic way. The wait time can get a little long at times, but you understand why when he arrives. He's generous with his time when it comes to patients, while still being very efficient. One of the finest doctors I have ever been to. Treats the patient holistically. Spends time with patient, listens and makes sure he has heard all concerns. I have been a patient of his for 12 years. He even asks how my family is doing. And knows their names.
