I have been a patient of Dr. James since he assumed the practice of Dr. Jon Finley 5-10 years ago. I last visited in December 2024 and was told they would treat a small cavity at my next cleaning appointment. They did not schedule me for a follow-up visit and said I would hear from them the first of July. When I called today, the office informed me they only have a parttime hygienist and she is not working in July. I love this office, the staff are so friendly and helpful, Dr. James explains in detail any questions I have, , he wants to make wearing dentures live able for me, and he truly done that . I highly recommend Dr. James and his office. Like Share
Excellent experience all around. Had a very challenging case; my teeth were very worn down and my regular dentist didn't really know what to do anymore. Dr. James was very informative and very professional from day one. It took quite awhile to decide what the best option for me was however I never felt rushed or pressured to do the work in any way. You aren’t going to find a better dentist anywhere. Dr. James is simply the best. His staff is top of the line as well. Their partnership with Dr Camarata is just the icing on the cake. ?? You want a beautiful, healthy smile? You can’t go wrong with Dr. James.
I had been a patient of Dr. Finley for 25 years and after he retired I was concerned, as he was so good. I have been satisfied with Dr. James as a replacement. I have had extensive dental work done and now in the process of getting new implants and Dr. James has been wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend him. I find his staff wonderful, friendly and quite helpful.
I have been seeing Dr. James for years and he and his dental hygienists are fantastic. His office staff has always been great as well. Great service and customer service.
Dr. James listens to his clients and then offers solutions with a wide variety of price points. His work is top notch! While very professional, Dr. James is approachable which puts his clients at easy. Highly recommend.
Dr James is an excellent doctor however with his new practice never has the time to see s patient with an urgent matter. Receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. Was. Better set up at old office. Dr. James had more time and empathy when there.
I have been a patient of Dr. James for almost 4 years. I am a 55 female and had to start wearing dentures 6 years ago. The first 3 dentists I saw were not able to meet the expectations I sought, as in pain, appearance and function. Dr. James worked with me, (patiently and tirelessly),until we were able to meet those goals. He and his staff are genuinely professional, caring people and I am eternally grateful that I found them.
