Went to Brandon Hyundai to buy a car and had the WORST dealership experience I’ve had. The manager came out, told me if I was ready at a price we could sign right away, left to print contracts, then came back saying they actually had no inventory of that model. After that, they repeatedly pushed me to look at a higher trim CPO 2026 even after I said no twice. I will never buy another vehicle from them again I will be calling corporate tommorow they aren’t credible I’ve been waiting on a phone call from a manager for a week the service department is horrible if it doesn’t make them money it doesn’t make sense so they treat you as if your issue is less then horrible customer service oh and let’s not forget my pre owned certified gold vehicle is 6 months old and and shit been falling off on it since the freaking say I got it and they refuse to figure out a solution to fix it never a... read more
Metin was very accommodating and helpful when coming to helping me pick out my new car!!
Had my oil changed back in March. Unfortunately, the seal was defective and my vehicle was leaking oil. Upon calling Brandon at Brandon Hyundai, he advised to have my vehicle towed in and they would reimburse me any fee I had to pay. Over the past 2 MONTHS, I have sent my receipt twice and made at least 12 calls and 2 emails to get NOT ONE response.
