Called before the dealership opened on a used car, that was a plus. Young lady answered and stated she would get back to me on availability. 2016 or newer, under 70k in miles, 13k with a pre-approval letter w GTE. Later another person called stated the car went to auction as it didn't meet inspection but then why was it advertised? I had called to look at a used car. I made an appt. for the next day. It was confirmed 3 times. I arrived 15 minutes early and they didnt have the car. I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to look at this car. They had taken it to auction that morning, supposedly. They offered nothing for my inconvenience and expenses. Wow, what a negative lousey experience it is buying a used car these days! First, the advertised sales price is no more accurate than I'm a 6'5" ***************** look alike. For example, I'm a well secured older retired ************ pilot in the market for a small car for trips to the beach. Worst place to buy a car they sold my wife a car with no brakes and a bad battery and the truck is overheating and they promised if we got the truck there that won't crank they will give us a loaner until it's done we got the truck there now they charging me 2grand to fix it and won't give us a loner this the second time I had to miss a week of work because their sales reps don't care what they sell you as long as they get the sale they promised to buy the truck back and put us in something new since they sold us a lemon eve... read more

You'll sign one contract with a set price and then be asked to sign another with a higher interest rate and higher payment. The finance guy, the white balding headed man with the smedium shirt, was rude and a word i wouldnt say in polite company. Do not tell me that it's going to be one thing and then show me another. I had a disappointing experience with the Finance Manager, Cameron at this Honda dealership. Despite my intention to pay in cash, he repeatedly pushed for a loan, which ultimately caused more problems than it was worth. It felt like they were more interested in his own gain than in helping me.

First do not believe the price you see on-line, when you to the table ready to negotiate expect the price to go up at least $5,000 dollars. Second, 100% make sure you ask to see the vehicle service record or bring along a mechanic friend to take a look at the vehicle. Brandon Honda will sell you the car knowing it has $9,680 dollar worth of services to include power-steering, rusted undercarriage, leaking, exhaust issues, etc.. This dealership takes advantage of Asians, My daughter went to get repairs done by dealership that was under warranty by ZURICH n extended warranty company that covers this car bumper to bumper with a $100.00 deductible! Horrible Experience! The workers are disrespectful and unprofessional! They quote you one price have you sign off and then they will call the bank, acting like you (which is fraud and against the law) and create another price. When we told them that's not the price quoted, the disrespectful agent exact words were "well we are going to repo the car and you won't be able to buy another car again!!!"
