not good experience. found out car had damage, Brandon said they would fix then said they can't due to time so I backed out of deal. However, never received $500 deposit back with many attempts to reach dealership. Seems no one wants to do what is right...
Car fell through due to damage on vehicle that Brandon said they would fix but didn't... We all agreed that this deal was not for me and I would like to get my $500 deposit back. 3 vmails, 2 calls and 3 emails NO DEPOSIT back. Bad business practice at this dealership!!! Not a good experience for me. Good luck in your purchase
I was hoping I was not going to have to write this review and Branden Honda would have stood up and done the proper thing. But almost a month since I have picked up my car, 3 managers, Alex, Santos and Costa nor the managing partner of Brandon Honda John Marazzi have yet to address our issues and we have been treated as just “another number”.
