You cannot buy a car at Brandon Honda without an additional purchase of a “protection plan” For approximately $5000 per vehicle. This practice will soon be illegal under the CARS RULE. In the meantime, it’s immoral for this company to require the purchase of additional products that you do not want and do not need. I want every buyer from Brandon Honda to know that they’ve overpaid by $5000. This $5000 is also taxed and financed so the total cost for the package will be about $8000. I regret buying a used car from Brandon Honda. Had this car for less than a year. It needs new transmission replaced started, 2 coils and a pig tail. Replaced fuel pump and fuel lines. Cost almost $2600 so fair. Now it has leaking oil and antifreeze. Would want them to address this issue.

This experience was significantly dissatisfying with the dealership's customer service and communication. Initially, the interaction with the salesperson, Tiffany A, was positive, focusing on credit options and vehicle preferences. However, the situation deteriorated as the process unfolded. Ripped my wife off bad. Stephanie, is the worst at customer service. Pretty mich this store is full of a bunch of slick people who hope you never come back after they rip you off and take you to the cleaners. Sold her a used 2021 CRV Hybrid, didn’t tell her but tacked on a 6k warranty and have refused to cover anything. Now just from normal driving, oil changes done. not good experience. found out car had damage, Brandon said they would fix then said they can't due to time so I backed out of deal. However, never received $500 deposit back with many attempts to reach dealership. Seems no one wants to do what is right...

Car fell through due to damage on vehicle that Brandon said they would fix but didn't... We all agreed that this deal was not for me and I would like to get my $500 deposit back. 3 vmails, 2 calls and 3 emails NO DEPOSIT back. Bad business practice at this dealership!!! Not a good experience for me. Good luck in your purchase

The sales person, Kendra S, did a fantastic job, was very kind and helpful - no complaints with her at all. We bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey with 80k miles. The brake pads needed to be changed and Nathan Redford agreed but told us they wouldn’t replace them, ok, fair but disappointing. Had the worst experience overall! Started when i purchased my car from brandon honda.Started having car problems the next day after purchase. The car would not start, so i called the road side assistant that i git with the 5000 dollar brandon honda advantage plan that they make everyone pay for. The driver arrived and was a uninsured driver who damaged my car when towing it. They tell you you will receive two free oil changes and complementary first year maintenance. They are untrustworthy. Nothing but deception and lies. I bought a new 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport on Feb 28, 2024. The sales person was Carla *******. She mentioned to me that she is the daughter of a manager at Brandon Honda. The Finance guy, Sharief ******, asked me to verify my personal information on the paperwork.
