I have terrible anxiety. I have experienced major dental issues lately and due the prices of dental work I was not hopeful in getting my teeth fixed. Dr Hodge and his staff were welcoming, empathetic, and patient with me. He did a great job on my smile and at a price I was able to afford. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you brought back joy and uninhibited laughter there’s no price tag for that!
I made a 9:00 AM appointment because I have an important event coming up on April 7th and wanted to improve my smile. I even made it clear ahead of time that this was important to me. When I arrived, there were already multiple people filling out paperwork, and more walking in behind me — all apparently scheduled for the same 9:00 AM time. This is my dentist, I love the staff and doctors, and I would vouch for them professionally and ethically. I have PTSD, and a personal history that makes me skeptical of dentists' skill, integrity, and billing practices. For more than 20 years I have never gone to the same dentist twice. That ended when I met the people in the office, including Dr. Hodges. The clinical care is fine but do not trust any estimate their staff give you. They get the work done, then surprise you with an extra $150 bill. Not sure we will be back if I can’t trust them to be upfront with us. And yes we’ve discussed it with them. Doesn’t matter.
