The assistant caught an attitude and was nasty to me over a simple question. When I got defensive over the continued attitude and disrespect she said the conversation was over. She had no idea what she was speaking on and kept changing her mind. "No one ever said that." to "They said that and it was right".

I found Brandon Gynecology by way of a Google search after relocating to the Charlotte area. Dr. Brandon & her staff have presented themselves as both friendly & professional. Dr. Brandon made me feel as if she was genuinely concerned. She's very knowledgeable about any questions I've presented. I've been a patient now for 2 yrs.

I was very excited about my appointment here but unfortunately had an emergency and was not able to make it. I immediately called the morning of my appointment and left a voicemail explaining since they had not opened the office yet. I’ve called multiple times to reschedule and just received a notice that they refused to make any future appointments for me.
