Absolutely deplorable service at this pharmacy. Sent a document on August 5, 2025, and as of August 21, still nothing. No update, no response, no accountability. The receptionist is an arrogant disaster condescending and outright disrespectful to my mother, blaming us for their incompetence. My sister called to follow up, only to be put on hold and hung up on. This is the worst walk-in clinic. They are useless, rude and horrible here. I would never come here again . Wait times are extremely long , and appointments are interrupted by the receptionist bringing extra patients into the room when your appointment isn't even over (a huge privacy issue). The female Dr is sexist, rude and she talks down to patients I came into the appointment only to be lectured at for something that is out of my control.
