One of the best surgeons I've ever seen. Very thorough.
Dr. Gabel did my laminectomy/discectomy and he did an amazing job. What I appreciated in particular was how much he stressed it was MY decision how we treated my spine. My spinal surgery ended up being an emergency surgery, and I met him about 30 min before he actually did the surgery. He validated how quickly things were happening, expressed how he understood how scary it was, and made sure to tell me that nothing would happen surgically unless I gave the go ahead.
