Very disappointed in my purchase from this dealership, I got $6k off MSRP, but there must be underlying reasons. I have had nothing but problems out of the vehicle since I purchased it, and the whole reason for buying a new vehicle is to not have these problems. First off, the week after I bought it, I realized that the wipers were misaligned and scratching the side of my window, had to take time out of my work schedule to go get it fixed. My favorite person is Kevin Stone, I met him as a salesman but he is just as helpful as a Manager. He very personable and knowledgeable. I will keep his card for future business.

Our salesman Jack was great! Jack helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a truck. Jack was very helpful and very nice. We would highly recommend everyone to go to Brandon Ford and talk to Jack.

Horrible dealership, absolute garbage. Avoid like the plague. I have purchased over 20 cars and have never had a worse experience of a dealership I'm trying to purchase a car from. I was putting over $10,000 down and have over an 820 credit score and they still wanted to play games.

Refuse to make an appointment for a PAID diagnostic on a 2012 Focus with 145k miles because it is too 'Old'. That tells me all I need to know about their commitment to the product. Would never consider them for service, and certainly not purchase based on that alone.
