Dr and all of the staff are great.
They are very very busy / difficult to speak w a live person which I find frustrating.
If you want a doctor's office to be there for you when you are in a pinch, this is not it! I realized last minute before going on vacation that I needed my prescription refilled. I called and left a message on Monday (heard nothing) and called back Wednesday (again nothing). They called back on Thursday only to tell me that I had to come in to see the doctor before they would renew my prescription. I’m leaving a one-star review because I had a disappointing experience with this practice after receiving a diagnosis that ultimately appeared to be incorrect. After months of treatment with no improvement, I sought additional opinions from other dermatologists. Two independent evaluations contradicted the original diagnosis and aligned with each other, giving me far more confidence in the alternative explanation.
