I have never experienced how unprofessional this place is. I had an appointment for 3’0 clock filled out the paperwork which took me 5 mins. However, my paperwork sat on the desk for 20 minutes, which I timed it on my phone. I shall not return to this unpleasant, rude, very incompetent. They all should take a class on professionalism and etiquette. I will not refer anyone to this place! So said!!!!😱 Find another dental office right away.
My wife and I were treated at Brandon Mall Dental, Brandon, Florida, on June 9 and 10, 2021. Separately, we waited less than 15 minutes in the lobby. The dental treatment was professional, thorough, and nearly painless. Staff were polite and answered all questions. I give this office 0 stars. It was the worst cleaning I have ever had. Didn't even floss, and missed half my teeth with the so called "prophy" cleaning. And I waited a month for this appointment. I will not go back.
