I have never experienced how unprofessional this place is. I had an appointment for 3’0 clock filled out the paperwork which took me 5 mins. However, my paperwork sat on the desk for 20 minutes, which I timed it on my phone. I shall not return to this unpleasant, rude, very incompetent. They all should take a class on professionalism and etiquette. I will not refer anyone to this place! So said!!!!😱 Find another dental office right away.

My wife and I were treated at Brandon Mall Dental, Brandon, Florida, on June 9 and 10, 2021. Separately, we waited less than 15 minutes in the lobby. The dental treatment was professional, thorough, and nearly painless. Staff were polite and answered all questions. Brenda went the extra mile to schedule our last minute appointment to accommodate our vacation schedule. Brandon Mall Dental provided our dental care for the last five years. I give this office 0 stars. It was the worst cleaning I have ever had. Didn't even floss, and missed half my teeth with the so called "prophy" cleaning. And I waited a month for this appointment. I will not go back.
