Expect slow response on repair requests. The woman that answers the phone is one of the most apathetic people I've ever talked to in a service-related industry. No pleasantries, just "what's your BBM number?" and "I'll have someone reach out". The last straw for me was an emergency repair that we needed, and when I called, I explained as much, and I called later in the day to find out when the tech would arrive, and I was told it wouldn't be until the next day. My small business has been using BBM for years. They provide our computer & printer equipment, as well as our technical support. We've always been extremely pleased with their services and quick response to our needs. As any business knows, technical problems can bring everything to a halt and costs the business much more in revenues than it costs to have things running smoothly.
