Brandon is the best of the best in Cape! He help us go under contract within 24 hours with a 31 day close. Speed did not sacrifice sale price. We have bought and sold a lot of homes, but this was one of the smoothest processes. If you are selling a home, I HIGHLY recommend Brandon.
