Terrible dentist. was very painful and messed up a crown. The first crown he glued in ( Permanent cement ) and seated it wrong. Way out of place. Then he had to break it out ( VERY PAINFUL ) He said oops I will make you another come back in a week. No apology for the pain and waste of time I went through. The second crown didn't touch and I told him it didn't touch. He put it in anyway saying that he could make it work. He then had his assistant grind it to try and make it touch? Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you leave the Dental office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you feel that your appointment with the Dentist was worth it? Absolutely Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Great

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

I began by going to Dr. Hixon in 1984 because my ex-wife has TMJ and Dr. Hixon is a specialist in TMJ. When Dr. Burger joined Dr. Hixon's office, I was transferred to him. I really do like both Dr. Hixon and Dr. Burger. They are both very likeable people and the entire staff is very professional and courteous. The office is always clean and everyone has a professional appearance. I never doubt anything that either doctor tells me. I never feel like I'm getting screwed over.
