My total experience with Vance Thompson was superior! From Dr. Brandon Baartman, to the nurses, the techs, and the ladies at the front desk. Each and every employee at this facility treated me with the up most respect. You could definitely observe and feel team work throughout the building. I had cataracts removed from both eyes August 24th-25th. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The entire staff had big smiles on their faces and were very competent. I felt safe. I highly recommend Dr. Baartman. He came in and introduced himself and answered all my questions before surgery. He’s very genuine and competent. He even called later that day to see how I was doing. Very professional with a calming and caring demeanor. I highly recommend him for cataract surgery. I was very anxious and nervous because I had previously had lasik surgery. He was very patient and thorough in educating and walking me through the procedure. His support team was amazing. It was a very positive experience with great results.
