I have several rescues and they've treated them all for several years I love the staff they're very sensitive when it comes to putting your pets to sleep and handle them respectfully 4 of my cats are in they're 20's I really appreciate that Vets are very good at diagnosing problems. Great Vet!!! I absolutely LOVE Bradner and Dr. Phann. I have 5 animals - 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 rabbit. Dr. Phann takes so much time to examine your pet, explain everything, and help you way your options. With so many animals, we've seen a lot of vets over the years and he is by far and away the best we've ever had. We used to just take our rabbit to him because our other vet recommended him as the rabbit expert. After he saw our rabbit several times, we knew we wanted to move our other animals over to his care. 30 years a customer I've been taking my dogs to Brandner for 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love this place and the people who work here. The vets are great and it feels like home. Good times and bad--they've been there for us and our pets. A+
Brandner Vet Hospital Our family has been bringing our pets to Brandner since we moved to Petaluma 13 years ago. The staff is wonderful, all serious animal lovers! They are prompt, courteous, fairly priced and very knowledgeable. They have taken excellent care of all of our extra family members, through all kinds of things! When our cat was hit by a car, they made it physically and financially possible for us to save her. I will always be grateful to them for that and many other reasons.
Great Vets I helped my neighbor bring her dog here for teeth extraction, and a shoulder mass removed. The staff and doctors were very straight forward of what needed to be done. Everyone was very helpful and thoughtful for what we needed. Thanks!!
Excellent Care We have been bringing out various pets (dogs, cats, rats) here for many years. The doctors have always provided the best care. More importantly, they have always been patient and kind.
Highly recommended veterinary office! I have been bring my pets to Brandner for many years. I find that the doctors and staff are very qualified and loving, caring animal lovers themselves. They had done many surgeries on my dog over the years because of several problems he had and neutered/spayed my cats. I always trusted them with my beloved pets.They even donated money to research the disease my dog had to UC Davis. I highly recommend Dr. Santero and Dr. Pfann. They are both exceptionally caring and I trust them both with my dog implicitly and that is saying a lot. I only want the very best for him. The receptionists are also very warm with Johnny and he actually likes going there.
