Being new to the area, we used Aaron Lynn as a preferred provider through our builder. The mortgage process itself was smooth, much of it due to my familiarity in real estate and the mortgage process . No delay was caused on either parties end due to the aforementioned. However we were extremely disappointed when we were told during our initial meeting that we could recieve a discount in PMI, had we reviewed criteria online. Brand Mortgage and Aaron Lynn are terrific. Whatever needs to be handled or documents gathered Mr. Lynn seems to be able to do it in a smooth, efficient and professional manner. I was fearful of the loan process and stressed out about the having the right documentation but Mr. Lynn took care of everything and made the loan process seem easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a loan.
