Took 9 months to get screen for my front window. Shouldn't they come with screen? Had to fix my bedroom screen myself. Couldn't wait any longer. Moved in June, end of. So, never checked windows or screen s. Figured that was on maintenance , when old tenant left. Finally got front window screen, week ago. Almost a year later. Was told dealing with emergency only. Soooooo!!! Gotta ask yourself is this place an EMERGENCY ?! Why "OVER 9 MONTHS"?? For a FN screen!!! And my rent is always on time. Hind sight is always 20/20! Apart... read more
