Terrible customer service. The line was poor and the lady had a strong accent that was hard to understand. To add to it, the lady had no patience and repeated her question with an appalling attitude. I barely understood what she said.
Worst customer services and rude, The girl who’s answering the phone call found hard to understand either English or Mandarin, poor communication skills.
