I called and ordered my food from their menu. When I received my order I was short a meal. I called them and was told to come get it the next day by a very rude women on the phone. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager and she was very rude. The menu online was out of date and everything I ordered was a dollar more when I paid. I have been eatin here for years and I always love to get the grilled blackened fish over rice. Love it every time! It's cool when the wait staff remembers what I order before I even sit down! Lol
The food was amazing and service was great. The wait was a little long but the food and service made up for it.
Nice atmosphere and amazing steaks!!! I ordered a 14 ounce ribeye, medium rare, and it was superb, as well as their rice. My girlfriend got the 8 ounce, medium, and it was cooked perfectly. She also said they are the best fries she's ever had!
Not only a great place for a family meal, but they do a lot for the community! Thank you guys for being such great community role models.
First few years open steaks was awesome . Now it's 50/50 . Most time no flavor & don't even look like they been grilled .
My family loves Brandin Iron Steakhouse!!! I’m a local but brought my mom here tonight for the first time. Food is great, staff is super friendly, and our bellies were full!!!
