Brandie is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She makes you feel very comfortable and puts you at ease. She never judges, no matter where you're starting from.
I have been attending their bootcamp classes for a couple of years and they are a great way to jump start and maintain you fitness goals. I also recently started working with one of their personal trainers, Gunnar, which has upped my work game and increased my strength and endurance!
I love them, they are amazing!! Always feel welcome
Best private gym in town! Kristen is an all star motivator, experienced trainer, and supportive without being judgmental. Working with her for 3 years has truly changed my life.
