I am not one to leave negative feedback publically but I wish I would have seen the rest of the poor reviews before booking with this doctor. The doctor left the office before I could even ask for bloodwork. She was extremely rude and condescending and I don't agree with any of the advice given to me. I wasted my time and took off work and will pursue healthcare at another establishment. Book at your own risk.

Horrible...As other patients experienced, the initial visit she was very friendly. By the next visit, she was late (50 minutes her first appointment of the day), then she refused to renew an old (non-narcotic) prescription, telling me to contact my specialist during the covid virus time, essentially abandoning me as a patient for no good reason. She should not be treating animals let alone people. There's more negative news, but why bother to say more if you can't figure out from the other reviews...she is an AVOID!

She is the worst doctor I have ever seen EVER My first, and definitely last visit. She didn't review my medical records asked " why are you here "??? I'm thinking you're the doctor I'm here to address health issues that my rheumatologist referred me to her to treat. Once I tried go over things with her, she jumped to some ridiculous assumptions and conclusions not even related to my health diagnosis. I realized I justed needed to get the heck out of there. The absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. My doctor moved to Michigan that I have been with for 15 yrs. I’m shocked that University of Miami would hire someone whose bedside manner is so poor. She barley looked at me and just reviewed past history. She seemed so disinterested in issues I was having. I’ll be looking for another doctor ASAP.

My initial visit was okay, doctor was very down to Earth. The next visit, not so much. She brushed off my concerns and told me to talk to my therapist about changing my medications when she is the only provider I have and she prescribes my medications. The office is terrible at refills. Refills aren't given for the full year so you have to request them and it is nearly impossible to do. She started me on a new medication and then when I needed to continue after the first and only fill my pharmac

Great first impression (first visit), terrible follow up. She had her mind made up about how to treat me before I even opened my mouth to tell her what was wrong and did not look at my records before she made her decision on how to treat me. She acted as though I was an idiot for seeing her and not going to a specialist. I will never see her again.

I was sick one night & on her site she wasn't avail til late Nov '16 (mo.+ away) calld & told girl issue she asked if I was established patient I said yes. She asked my birthday put me on hold for 10 min 24 sec! then hung up on me at 11:57am. called back many times with NO answr & on diff # nada most likely her lunch time or I don't have insurance. (I have the cash - guess cash isn't as good) will never go back & tell all my friends & family to NOT use their med group EVER. staff is ext of her.
