Unfortunately this agent used unethical techniques when my friend was wanting to purchase a home. The selling agent Brandi lied, implied and deceived the buyers agent. She did not hand over signed contracts, she did not present the offer to both parties, she lied and said via text that the sellers had accepted the offer and less than 24 hours later after counter offering a 7 day inspection she did not respond for several hours, stated she was waiting for the husband to sign. Simply put, Brandi is the best. She worked with us over a 2 year period for a move across the country from CA. She graciously handled all our questions whether we wanted to buy a lot and then build, buy a house already under construction, or buy an existing house. We ended up buying last year and couldn't be happier. Working with Brandi is like working with a good friend. She looked out for us and she knows the ins and outs of lot buying like no one else.
