If i could give negative stars I would. Was trying to make an apt for my son as a referral from his PCP. Was on hold for 15 mins to have the rudest woman answer my call speak to me like im ignorant and not let me speak and put me on hold again. Your rude staff member caused your office a new patient and I'm sure I am not the first
Exceptional Patient Care
Dr. Miller is an excellent surgeon. I had prolapse surgery three weeks ago and it has been amazing. Not gonna lie, I waited at least 1 and a half hours for her to see me. But she came highly recommended by my OB/GYN and I needed surgery. Please note that she is blunt and speaks plainly (only information that you need), which if you need more warmth in a surgeon, you may be disappointed. However, she is an excellent surgeon.
