Brandi takes the time to listen to you. She doesn't judge and is easy to talk to/with. The front desk staff has always been polite and helpful. I look forward to my appointments, which is something that I have never said when dealing with my mental health. There was a bit of a wait to get in this office; I called in November and the earliest I could get in was February. I am lucky that I did put myself down on the books for that appointment months out. Brandi is real and beneficial to my mental health.
Called in to ask about a gene sight test that I took I have very bad anxiety to where I needed to figure out what medication works best for me because it's effecting my daily functions badly and the person answering said that I can't get in until April which is 4 months away and decided to argue with me instead of helping me out saying that there booked and that my mental health does not matter do not go to this place!!!!
