Terrible Experience — Do Not Recommend I hired Brandi Jones for my custody case in Clarksville and deeply regret it. I went into trial with 154 parenting days (already increased from 90 on my own) seeking more time or at least clarity — and I left with only 90 days and unable to take my child to school on Mondays! As many others have stated if I could give her 0 stars I would. She bills exorbitantly yet does not do the work. She does just enough to look like she making progress when in reality she is not. She makes empty promises, does not keep her word. She is almost impossible to get ahold of, you practically have to call her/text/send messages daily to get any type of responses within weeks if that. I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars. I hired attorney Brandi Jones for my custody case, which involves domestic violence. The father of my child had previously gone to jail for that violence, and I asked her repeatedly to help protect my rights under Tennessee’s Abrial’s Law. But she never brought it up in court and I wasn’t allowed to address the judge myself. Long before those issues, communication had already become difficult. I would have been better off without an attorney. She is the last one in court every time, never prepared. I received the same sentencing I was offered before I hired her. Basically paid $2,500 for nothing.

I only gave one star in order to leave this comment. Zero out of ten. I do NOT recommend this attorney! My experience was extremely inconsistent, and she was unreachable and unresponsive. She is the only attorney I've ever encountered who does not have a personal phone number for clients. The contract states that she will respond to messages within 72 hours; however, it took 24 days for her to reply to me! Jones put absolutely no effort into my case.
