First and foremost, attorneys are very busy, Brandi gets back to you very quickly, sometimes the same day which is unheard of. If she can’t, someone on her team will. She has been fighting for me for over a year now, and she is always very honest, and has the same tenacity as she did on day one. I would highly recommend to anyone going through a legal situation.

Terrible Experience — Do Not Recommend I hired Brandi Jones for my custody case in Clarksville and deeply regret it. I went into trial with 154 parenting days (already increased from 90 on my own) seeking more time or at least clarity — and I left with only 90 days and unable to take my child to school on Mondays! Communication was terrible from the start: emails, calls, texts (even through her Google Talk number) often went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. As many others have stated if I could give her 0 stars I would. She bills exorbitantly yet does not do the work. She does just enough to look like she making progress when in reality she is not. She makes empty promises, does not keep her word. She is almost impossible to get ahold of, you practically have to call her/text/send messages daily to get any type of responses within weeks if that. I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars. I hired attorney Brandi Jones for my custody case, which involves domestic violence. The father of my child had previously gone to jail for that violence, and I asked her repeatedly to help protect my rights under Tennessee’s Abrial’s Law.
