I absolutely love Brandi! She is amazing!!
Brandi Harbin is an experienced NP, however, her patient follow up is non existent and the office is not run well. Within a year of being her patient, I experienced 3 unexceptable occurrences. Last August I tested positive for Covid and I had to call office 3 times to get Paxlovid script sent to CVS, the 3rd time on day 5. I had to insist that Brandi be informed and not the Medical Assistant, which is the system for messages to Brandi.
