Always late for her appointments, 10+ minutes without word. No empathy either.
I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I had an appointment in March. After the appointment I was told my meds would be sent to pharmacy and I would receive a call to set up an appointment with therapist. Meds were never sent, never received call to schedule appointment. I myself did call on four different occasions. Twice I spoke with a nurse Danielle who said she would give me a call back with some answers and never did.
