My wife and I, both were examined by Brandi on May 27th. Our results were discussed and our questions were answered. Brandi is a very knowledgeable practitioner. She acts in a professional and courteous manner and leaves us with complete confidence in knowing that she lives up to the requirements of her title.
This was my first visit with APA and Brandi Galloway, FNP-BC. I loved the front desk staff to the thoroughness of the staff. I am happy I visited with them when looking for a Primary Care facility.
She very nice and really listens. I got a next day when I needed a new primary care doctor. Everyone was helpful.
I saw Miss Galloway when my primary physician was not able to see me on my scheduled appointment. I was so thrilled that I didn't have to miss an appointment. I wasn't expecting that option. Wow, who knew. Miss Galloway was totally up to speed on what my appointment was to cover and she did an excellent job in touching all the bases. I had some questions for my primary doctor which Miss Galloway assured me she would ask on my behalf and then she would call me later in the day with the outcome.
