We were very pleased with the services Brandi provided. She helped sell our home and purchase a new home. She was always very professional, kind, and patient with both homes. Any time we called she was available to talk or take us to see a new listing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Brandi went above and beyond during our home buying experience. We gave her the ultimate challenge. We were remote, were buying a short term home for our child and eventual rental property. So needed her to find something that would he safe, good rental value and all over video calls. Instead of taking a quick commission she was honest that some places were not ideal in situations that were difficult to see on video. Brandi was helpful every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise is unmatched. We are so happy that she was there for us from beginning to end and could not have done it without her. She is very aware of all of the important issues that buyers would be asking about and was very prepared to answer all questions related to our home. Brandi was available at all times to answer our questions related to our sale and put us at ease throughout the entire process.
2nd time using Brandi and was very happy both times. If there is a 3rd time moving possibility to move in the future I will definitely use her. She was constantly available to answer all my questions at any time and works hard to get you what you want and with both my purchases had to jump many obstacles and succeeded to get me what I wanted in the nick of time.
